• November to March - 7am and 5pm
• Daylight Savings - 7am and 6pm

Join Our Community:

Back in 1998, October Rose, a newly certified yoga instructor, initiated her day with beachfront yoga at 3rd Street. Gradually, local beach enthusiasts started to join her sessions, leading to regular morning and evening classes.

• Word-of-mouth promotion and support from local teachers eventually gave rise to 3rd Street Beach Yoga.
• Although October Rose relocated to India in 2008, her legacy endures.
• Our core mission is to provide accessible and affordable yoga sessions year-round.

Donation-Based Classes:

All classes operate on a donation basis, with our instructors imparting yoga from the heart without any monetary compensation. We kindly request you to reflect your appreciation for the session through your donation.
